What does "full gross" mean?

One monthly rate that already includes utilities, maintenance and common-area costs. No triple nets, no CAM reconciliations, nothing to put in your name.

How short a lease can I sign?

One year. We also offer 3 and 5-year terms. Few commercial landlords in the metro go shorter than three years — we do.

Is the building set up for defense or cleared work?

Fiber, secure-access suites, a raised-floor server room with backup generator, and SCIF-featured conference space — much of what three decades of defense contractors required is still in place.

What's available right now?

Nothing is open today. Suite 302 at 1620 Wilshire is coming soon — ask to be first in line for a showing. Betz Road is fully leased; join the waitlist to hear when a bay opens.

Who do I call when something breaks?
